About Joel’s Guide Service
For over three decades I have been fishing the pristine waters of Western Oregon. When I was five years old I caught my first salmon in Tillamook Bay. Since then fishing has been a very big part of my life. I spent my early years fishing the Willamette and Tillamook river systems with my uncle who taught me nearly everything I know about fishing. My family moved to the Rogue Valley in 1993 when I was 11 years old. Shortly after our move my dad bought a new Willie drift boat and immediately began learning the Rogue River. Since then I have spent countless hours learning to fish the waters of Southwest Oregon.
